Filippo Bianchini graduated in Law in 2002 at the University of Perugia; in 2006 he founded his own law firm (Studio Legale Bianchini), working in the fields of data protection & privacy, IT law, civil law and criminal law (he is interested in fighting cyberbullying).
He acts as personal data and information security consultant to leading companies, while performing auditing tasks and assuring compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679. In addition, he works as a Data Protection Officer.
Besides his professional activity, he has attended advanced lectures on European Union Law and collaborates with internationalist professorships at the University of Perugia – Faculty of Law, where he is a lecturer and personal tutor.
He has been a lecturer in European Union Law at the School of Specialization for Legal Professionals “L. Migliorini” of Perugia and he is a lecturer in legal information technology at the Post-Graduate Legal Training School “G. Gatti” of the Bar Association of Perugia; he is also a speaker at numerous conferences on data protection, cyber security and other ICT law issues.
He successfully attended the prestigious “Advanced training course on the protection of personal data for the professional training of the Data Protection Officer – DPO” sponsored by the Italian Privacy Protaction Authority and he is a certified DPO in compliance with UNI 11697:2017.
He is a founding member and current member of UNIDPO, the “Italian National Union of Data Protection Officers”, as well as a current member of ISACA, Rome Chapter, of the “Centro Studi Processo Telematico” (Telematic Trial Study Centre) and the “Circolo Giuristi Telematici” (Association of Telematic Lawyers).
He is a member of the Cyber Security National Lab, Section of Perugia.
He is a technology enthusiast and follows the evolution of phenomena related to the Internet and the new technologies, with particular attention to their legal implications.
