Ahmad M. Nagib
Ahmad M. Nagib received his B.Sc. in 2009 from the Department of Information Technology, Faculty of Computers and Information, Cairo University, Egypt. He is currently a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Computers and Information, Cairo University. (scholar.cu.edu.eg/ahmadnagib/)
Ahmad is also a Research Assistant at "Advanced Network Systems and Applications Research laboratory (ANSR Lab)". Ahmad's research interest is mainly related to Computer Networks and the Web including Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), The Internet of Things (IoT), Smart Cities, Semantic Web Technologies, and Data Analytics. He is currently pursuing Master's degree in which he has developed a framework for semantic integration of sensor data as a step towards a more scalable vision of open semantic socially-engaged platform for the Internet of Things.
Ahmad is a Certified Cisco Academy Instructor (CCAI) at Cisco Networking Academy, Cairo University. He is currently Network R&D Team Leader within the IT Services Unit at the faculty of Computers and Information, Cairo University. He is also an ACM and IEEE active graduate student member, a member of IEEE Communications Society, and a member of IEEE Computer Society.
