Ricardo Murer holds a Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science (USP) and Master´s degree in Communication and Arts (USP). His special interests ranging from pervasive computing to crowdsourcing and internet of things. He is also the author of the book "Interactive-se". For the past 19 years he worked at Sisgraph, SKY, iG and Microsoft managing web portals and IPTV projects. He is currently Senior IT & Innovation Director at AgenciaClickIsobar Brazil.
